By accessing werbooz.com or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you engage Werbooz for paid work, a separate statement of work or master services agreement will govern that engagement and will prevail over this page where they conflict.

Werbooz provides software engineering, design, cloud, AI, and marketing services. Scopes, timelines, deliverables, and fees are defined in writing before work begins. Estimates on the website are indicative only.

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use our materials in a way that infringes intellectual property rights. Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Werbooz retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. Client deliverables and ownership terms are set out in the applicable contract for each project.

We treat non-public information shared during discovery and delivery as confidential. Mutual confidentiality terms are included in client agreements where required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Werbooz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if no fees were paid.

For retainer or subscription arrangements, cancellation terms are defined in your contract. For project work, either party may terminate as specified in the signed agreement, with payment due for work completed to date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
